- Establish functioning Parish Peace Committees in 50 parishes.

Local communities, parish leaders, youth, women and marginalized groups across Kakamega and Vihiga counties.

- Training of Parish Peace Committee members in mediation and restorative justice.
- Peace education in schools and youth clubs, including conflict-awareness toolkits.
- Community reconciliation events with religious and civic leaders.
